Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes what data ARC+ collects, why we collect it, and how it is used. We believe in transparency and minimal data collection. We only collect what is strictly necessary to operate the service.

1. Information We Collect

Email Address (optional)

May be provided during purchase. Used for support communication if provided.

Hardware Identifier (HWID)

A fingerprint derived from your system components (CPU, disk, network adapter, computer name). Used to bind your license to a single device. We store a hashed version — not raw hardware serial numbers.

IP Address

Recorded during authentication and API requests. Used for fraud prevention, rate limiting, and security monitoring.

Payment Transaction Hashes

The blockchain transaction ID (hash) of your cryptocurrency payment. Used to verify payment and resolve disputes. We do not store private keys or wallet seed phrases.

License Key & Session Data

Your license key, activation timestamps, session tokens, and heartbeat records. Used to manage your access and enforce license terms.

2. Why We Collect It

We collect data for the following purposes and no others:

  • License management — binding, activation, and validation
  • Fraud prevention — detecting license sharing, multi-device abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Payment verification — confirming cryptocurrency transactions on-chain
  • Security — protecting our infrastructure and identifying malicious activity
  • Support — resolving account and license issues

3. What We Do NOT Do

  • We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
  • We do NOT use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.
  • We do NOT share your data with marketing companies.
  • We do NOT collect browsing history, keystrokes, or screen content.
  • We do NOT monetize your data in any way.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your license is active. If your license expires or is revoked, we may retain certain records (transaction hashes, HWID hashes, and associated metadata) for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes. Session data and authentication tokens are automatically purged after expiration.

5. Cryptocurrency & Public Blockchains

Cryptocurrency wallet addresses and transaction hashes are recorded on public blockchains (Bitcoin, Solana) by design. This data is publicly visible and immutable. We do not control blockchain data and cannot delete or modify on-chain records. By making a payment, you acknowledge that your wallet address and transaction details are permanently recorded on a public ledger.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed storage of sensitive identifiers, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, database) to operate the service. These providers may process data on our behalf but are contractually obligated to use it only for providing their services to us. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channels listed below. Note that certain data (such as transaction records) may be retained as required by law or for fraud prevention.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact

For questions or requests regarding your data or this Privacy Policy, contact us through the support channels listed on our website.
