All Sales Are Final

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CHARGEBACKS. All purchases of ARC+ software licenses are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, inability to use the product, hardware changes, account suspension, or termination of access due to a violation of these terms.

All payments are made in cryptocurrency (BTC or SOL). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, disputed, or charged back. You accept this as a condition of purchase.

1. License Grant

ARC+ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the software for personal use only. This license does not constitute a sale of the software. You are purchasing the right to access and use the software under the conditions set forth in these terms.

2. Digital Software License

ARC+ is a digital software product delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Your license key is generated and delivered immediately upon confirmed payment. Because this is a digital product that is delivered instantly, no cooling-off period or right of withdrawal applies.

3. Hardware Binding (HWID)

Each license is bound to a single hardware device upon first activation. This binding is based on a hardware identifier (HWID) derived from your system components. One license equals one device. You may not use the same license on multiple machines simultaneously. Limited HWID resets may be available at our sole discretion for legitimate hardware changes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, distribute, resell, lease, or sublicense your license key to any third party
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the software
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license enforcement, HWID binding, or authentication mechanism
  • Use the software in a way that disrupts or interferes with our services or infrastructure
  • Use the software for any commercial purpose, including selling access to its features
  • Publish, post, or publicly disclose the software, its functionality, or your license key

5. License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate your license at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service
  • Sharing or redistributing your license key
  • Reverse engineering or tampering with the software
  • Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
  • Any activity we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the service

Revoked licenses are not eligible for refunds. If your license is revoked due to a violation of these terms, you forfeit all rights to the software and any payment made.

6. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with any particular hardware or software configuration. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, feature set, performance, or the continued existence of the service.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that you use the software entirely at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to account actions taken by third-party platforms, hardware issues, data loss, or any other damages. In no event shall ARC+ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARC+ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE.

9. Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Solana). You are solely responsible for ensuring you send the correct amount to the correct address. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, insufficient amounts, or network fees that result in an underpayment. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use ARC+. By purchasing a license, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
